    We welcome original, useful stories about health and the people shaping care. Use these guidelines to prepare your submission.

    • Write about healthcare, women’s health, medical innovation, research, wellbeing, leadership, or related subjects.
    • Focus on a timely or lasting question and explain why it matters to readers.
    • Avoid sensational claims, political advocacy, and unsupported medical assertions.
    • Submit original work and attribute quotations, data, and outside ideas to their sources.
    • Check grammar, names, facts, and clarity before sending your draft.
    • Cite credible sources for health claims and make the article easy to follow.
    • Do not include undisclosed promotional material; ask about advertising separately.
    • Submit human-written work; AI-generated articles are not accepted.
    • You may include relevant images, with permission to use them, or discuss imagery with our team.
    • Aim for 700–2,000 words, as requested in the current submission guidelines.

    Our editors review each submission for relevance, originality, clarity, and accuracy. We may request changes or decline a submission; publication is not guaranteed. If revisions are needed, we will explain what to address.
